Strength and Conditioning
Tension isn't a dirty word! This may sound strange coming from a bodywork therapist, but we actually need healthy levels of tension in our body to maintain a good posture. We also need strength to be able to do all the activities we love doing. Personally, I need a healthy level of strength if I want to be able to offer ZenThai Shiatsu therapy long term as it's very demanding on the body. Maybe for you it's surfing, playing with your kids or just wanting to feel confident and healthy. Whatever your reason, we should all maintain a regular strength training regime.
What I offer, is a personalised one-on-one session that is tailored to your specific needs and your current level of strength and conditioning in my private home gym in Byron Bay. Included in the 90 minute sessions is a training program that is achievable and specific your desired goals.
